USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - (TEMPORARY, FULL-TIME)

NATURE OF POSITION: One (1) temporary, full-time position is available in Information Technology Services to assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Regional District’s computer systems, including providing support for the installation of hardware and software, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems and providing user support in resolving network and software problems.
RATE OF PAY: $34.88 per hour (January 1, 2024 rate)
START DATE: August 11, 2025
END DATE: October 2, 2026
DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: As set out in the attached job description.
BENEFITS: In accordance with the Collective Agreement with C.U.P.E Local 1699. This is a Union position.
