POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled User Support Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a commitment to helping others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
