Responsibilities:

ICC Sydney are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Ushers to join our Customer Service team, working across ICC Sydney’s Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre, and ICC Sydney Theatre. These positions will be responsible for all frontline customer service across the various events held at our venues.

Customer Service Ushers are the first point of contact for all clients and delegates attending events at our venues, it’s important that our team are aligned with the following duties:

  • Greet patrons upon entry and exit of the venue.
  • Monitoring patron conduct to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.
  • Manning of the Customer service desk and cloakroom duties.
  • Provide information, direction and assistance to patrons locating facilities such as rest rooms, retails outlets, theatre seating and VIP functions.
  • Aid clients and delegates under discretion from the Senior Manager, Customer Service.
