The Usher will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with seating arrangements, and maintaining order within the event space. Responsibilities: * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed. * Guide attendees to their assigned seats in an orderly and efficient manner. * Provide clear and accurate information regarding venue facilities, event schedules, and seating arrangements. * Monitor event areas to ensure safety, security, and adherence to venue policies. * Assist with crowd control during entry and exit times to maintain smooth flow. Qualifications: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or stressful situations. * Strong attention to detail and observational abilities. * Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Capable of standing and walking for extended periods during events. * Basic knowledge of venue layout and emergency procedures preferred.
