【Job Description】 1.自動化專案規劃與執行主導自動化導入專案，包含設備選型、流程設計、時程規劃與資源分配。協調跨部門合作，確保專案順利推進。 2.技術評估與導入評估新興自動化技術（如機器人、自動搬運系統、AI視覺檢測等）之可行性與效益。與設備商或系統整合商合作，導入合適技術。 3.人員培訓與團隊管理建立並領導自動化推行團隊，培養內部技術能力。執行教育訓練，提升現場人員對自動化設備的操作與維護能力。 4.效益分析與持續改善建立自動化效益評估機制（如人力節省、良率提升、稼動率改善）。推動持續改善與標準化作業流程。 5.預算與資本支出管理編列年度自動化預算，控管資本支出與投資報酬率。
