Description

1. Own mass product /NPI project and Improve FPY、Train & Certificate Operators 2. Maintain Mass product and make NPI document 3. Define system assmebly process and Failure analysis to improve 4. Maintain / improve/evaluate ASM fixture /equipment/Auto-machine for Mass product and NPI project 5. Work CIP - Cost saving and Automation activity 6. Support WW Sites by mission

Responsibilities

The engineer will manage mass production and NPI projects while improving FPY and defining system assembly processes. They are also responsible for maintaining equipment, implementing automation, and driving cost-saving initiatives.
