Description

I. Order Management Specialist/ Merchandiser 【Job Description】 1. Daily check shipment pull plan with customer and make shipping documents (Create SO/DN, invoice & Packing list, etc.) 2. Maintain EDI system upon shipping documents, familiar with SAP T-code. 3. Co-work with PMC/WH/Logistic to make sure on time delivery. 4. Track AR and escalate to customer if any payment related issue 5. Do monthly and yearly shipment estimation and follow up the progress to ensure 100% achievement of shipping goals 6. Communicate with customer to make up long term and short-term supply plan considering FCST and material status, regularly report the progress to customer 7. Meeting host 8. Do cost estimation and negotiate commercial issue with customer 【Qualifications】 1. 01-year experience as sale rep or related. 2.
