Product Engineer / System product Engineer 【Job Description】 - Create/Maintain NPI and MP B.O.M - Coordinate sample build (Board Level) - Document / Yield collection. - Engineering Change (EC) handling. - Component EOL(end of life) handling. - Participate in Second Source Evaluation Activities. - Solve and deal with MP Eng. issue - Customer Contact Window and co-work with TW and KS IMS teams. 【Qualifications】 Electrical engineering, or electronic-related engineering bachelor's degree or above - Able to read schematics, Gerber, and layout files - Able to read mechanical 2D drawings and component specifications - Understanding of BOM (Bill of Material) structures and concepts - Understanding of IPC standards - Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Related work experience 02 years and above - For System product engineer: Experience in following industry is a plus: 1. plastic injection 2. Die casting or metal stamping. 3. Display related 4. System assembly production 2. Project Management 【Job Description】 - Co-work with project manager and R&D internally during NPI phase. - Manufacturing planning of each sample build - Coordinate operation team members to achieve build schedule, quantity and quality. - Daily status update of the build and build issue following-up. -Host conference call with customer. - Objective: to drive the product to mass production ready 【Qualifications】 - Engineering, or science related bachelor's degree at least - Experience in NPI development (new product) - Experience in interacting with customers - Capable in report writing, coordinate multi-function teams, and host online conference calls. - Able to accommodate early morning or evening meetings. Mechanical Design 【Job Description】 - Join local supplier tooling trial and review secondary operation during NPI (new product introduction/product development) - Create mech. PN(part number) for EMS program - Support issue at IQC(incoming quality control) and assemblies in NPI and MP - 2nd source evaluation - Mechanical issue handling in MP, SSR (second source review) and ORT - Mechanical parts FAI (first article inspection) - Package design handling (G6)/ Label design handling (G5) 【Qualifications】 - Mechanical engineering bachelor's degree at least - Able to read 2D and 3D drawings and component specifications. Failure Analysis Engineer (electrical part) 【Job Description】 - Sample build failure analysis with R&D. - Daily failure analysis report for sample build. - Mass production higher failure analysis - ORT/QTP(ongoing reliability test/qualification test) test failure analysis. - Customer return analysis. - SPR (System problem report) issues analysis support. - Training repair of the production line. - Scrap Board analysis 【Qualifications】 - Electrical engineering, or electronic-related engineering bachelor's degree at least - Able to read schematics, Gerber, and layout - Able to read mechanical 2D drawings and component specifications - Experience using equipment such as power meter, microscope, oscilloscope, and spectrum analyzer.
