You can select one of these follow open positions: TPM Supervisor 【Job Description】 1. SMT process management and optimization Familiar with SMT production process, including printing, patch, reflow and other station operations. Analyze process parameters and continuously improve yield and production efficiency. 2. Equipment operation and maintenance Familiar with the operation and basic maintenance of SMT related equipment (such as printers, patch machines, reflow ovens, etc.). Assist in equipment selection, introduction and technical evaluation. 3. SASM process support Understand the SASM process architecture and support cross-process process integration and troubleshooting. 4. Quality and exception handling Lead process exception analysis and improvement strategy formulation. Cooperate with the quality department to promote quality improvement projects. 5. New Product Introduction (NPI) Participate in new product trial production and mass production introduction, formulate process specifications and operating instructions. 6. Cross-department communication and collaboration Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance and other departments to ensure process stability and goal achievement. 7. Personnel training and technology inheritance (supervisory position) Guide and train team members to improve team technical capabilities and work efficiency. 【Qualification】 1. Bachelor's degree with relate major 2. Good english, chinese is in plus 3. Experience diversification or knowledge related to SMT, Equipment, QA, R&D. 4. Management experience at least 2 years TPM Engineer 【Job Description】 1. SMT, test, SYS stations improved yield 2. Overall technical process summary issue report, coordinate and follow up AI with related team 3. Automation, layout review effective during NPI and MP to dig out solution for improvement 4. Follow up issue trigger by systems control of process to hold discussion with related team to dig out action 5. NPI, MP daily, weekly meeting with customer, lead cross-function team for yield report, driving yield improvement 6.
