Company Description Bosch China Innovation and Software Development Campus 博世创新与软件开发中心博世创新软件开发（无锡）有限公司针对交通出行的电动化、自动化、互联化、个性化，提供面向未来的创新技术和前沿解决方案，加速针对中国市场的技术战略的实现和发展。博世软件中心主要发展方向包括智能网联汽车、智能座舱、自动驾驶、车路云协同、工业4.0、人工智能大数据、智能家居、嵌入式软件服务。博世中国创新与软件开发中心以软件为客户赋能，在汽车自动驾驶、氢燃料电池、重卡电驱动桥、多合一的控制器等多个领域取得创新研发成果。 Job Description 负责分析和维护客户需求规范、系统需求、软件需求；负责ADAS应用算法开发与优化，包括感知、决策、执行等；声波雷达等多种传感器的信号/数据处理算法开发负责路端实车&台架测试问题分析；支持路端实车测试&参数匹配；支持功能安全评估分析；支持通讯协议&诊断降级的定义与分析； AK2传感器驱动层开发负责目标创建、跟踪、数据融合、标定算法开发 Qualifications 计算机、通信、电子电气、自动化、控制工程、物联网、人工智能等专业研究生/本科生；熟悉 C/C++,Matlab,Python 编程，具备较强的软件开发、调试能力；了解ADAS领域相关知识 Autosar, CAN通信，中间件等；具备ADAS、自动驾驶项目经验为加分项；
