WHAT YOU’LL DO: Provide Exceptional Customer Experiences: Support and empower agents and policyholders. Navigate Multiple Applications: Use various computer applications with speed and accuracy to deliver top-tier service. Research Solutions: Identify solutions using advanced computer-based resources. Maintain Privacy and Security: Work in a paperless environment, prioritizing customer privacy. Learn Underwriting Guides: Apply multiple underwriting guides and manuals effectively. Review Inspections: Make decisions on insurance risks based on completed inspections. Process Risks: Handle acceptable risks through our system and prepare necessary documents for those that are not. Communicate Professionally: Manage emails and phone calls from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Education: High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Experience: Background in Personal Lines insurance and familiarity with customer databases or comparable technology. Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License Skills: Strong interest in using and promoting innovation and technology; excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and customer service skills; strong written, verbal, and listening skills; analytical thinking and decision-making abilities. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office software and insurance databases. Personal Attributes: Ability to build positive relationships with policyholders and agents; reliable, dependable, and punctual with excellent attendance; self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
