As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

• Regular inspection and maintaining the buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are in perfect conditions.
• Repair and overhauls as needed, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Supervise and organize cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure the clean and proper conditions of the premises.
• Manage and coordinate outside service providers for major repairs and renovation projects.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards throughout the building complex.
• Documenting maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections in accordance with company policies.
