As part of this commitment, we are continuously developing our on-site teams to support the advancement of customer operations.
The Utilities Engineer will maintain and manage the day-to-day utilities systems, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance (PMs and CMs), day-to-day work orders, and compliance items are handled efficiently. This role will involve managing a team of facility/utility technicians (electrical, mechanical, and civil) and ensuring their workload is optimized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support safety investigations, risk assessment generation, and external contractor control.
  • Maintain and manage daily utilities systems, including PMs, CMs, and day-to-day work orders from GMax.
  • Utilize and manage the workload of facility/utility technicians (electrical, mechanical, and civil).
  • Ensure all PMs are done correctly, compliance items are addressed, and any quality issues are followed up on.
  • Follow the maintenance activity schedule and prioritize tasks.
  • Focus on utilities systems, especially purified water and HVAC systems, as these are the most critical areas.
  • Oversee technicians, ensuring reliability and forward planning.
