Job Purpose: To maintain overall utilities operations and maintenance, ensuring that all related equipment and infrastructure support the smooth operation of production, warehouse, and other areas. This role requires compliance with current GES, ISO (9001:2015), ISO (22000:2018), AWS (Alliance of Water Stewardship), cGMP, and EHS guidelines, standards, procedures, and local SOPs while achieving sustainability targets for energy and water. Key Responsibilities: Supervise operations and maintenance of utilities systems including HVAC, dust collectors, AHUs, boilers, chillers, DX units, cooling towers, pumps, compressed air, and water systems. Ensure reliable, energy-efficient, compliant, and consistent utility supply to support production as per the supply plan. Implement and monitor safety programs including Hazard Utilities and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) in line with safety standards. Maintain site KPIs in green status as per maintenance and calibration strategy. Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. Operate utilities equipment in compliance with OEM, GES, EHS, QMS, CAPA, and regulatory requirements. Manage engineering spares and ensure CMMS is updated for all maintenance activities. Close user work requests in a timely manner. Supervise third-party and Haleon staff for utilities operations and efficiency improvements. Manage shift schedules, payroll processes, and MyLearning training programs. Conduct routine GEMBA walks, report abnormalities, and perform root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continual improvement (CI). Ensure SOP compliance, verify logbooks, and maintain data integrity per QMS, EHS, and GES standards. Act as focal point for utilities in areas like machinery safety, process safety, hazardous utilities, water stewardship, pressurized systems, asbestos, PCCE, and Legionella management. Oversee inspection and testing processes as per defined frequencies. Manage documentation and events including audits, risk assessments, gap assessments, change control, BOQs, SOWs, JSAs, PTWs, Epip, and mitigation plans. Ensure timely completion of actions from audits and assessments. Own and maintain utilities areas such as roofs, technical floors, RO & DI plants, plant rooms, and gas cage areas. Maintain cleanliness, workplace safety, and implement 5S in designated zones. Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, statutory, and business-critical standards. Contribute to improvement and savings projects including ZLD, ZAP, CAPEX, OPEX reduction, and equipment optimization.
