Job Description Act as technical advisor for Utilities & SWRO scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation. Lead technical due diligence, verify compliance with project/off-taker requirements, identify risks and deviations, prepare clarifications, support technical evaluation, and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline Professional registration, chartership, or OEM/utility/off-taker experience is preferred Additional Information Required Experience 10+ years in power/water utilities, SWRO desalination, industrial water treatment, owner’s engineer or EPC review role Technical Expertise SWRO process; seawater intake/outfall; pretreatment; UF/RO; remineralization; demin water; potable/service/fire water; cooling water; wastewater; chemical dosing; utility consumption; environmental discharge. WHO/GCC potable water guidelines as applicable, RO membrane vendor standards, environmental discharge permits, NFPA for fire water, API/ASME where applicable Commercial/Contract Awareness Ability to read and comment on IPP/PPA/EPC technical schedules, guarantees, LD-linked performance clauses, interface obligations, acceptance testing requirements, and developer deviations Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Project Contract Service Line: Nuclear SL Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Consultancy
