What you will do: Perform utility line clearance pruning and removal in accordance with provincial regulations and industry best practices. Work safely around energized electrical conductors while maintaining required clearances. Identify tree hazards and assess risks related to utility infrastructure. Operate and maintain tools and equipment including chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, and climbing gear. Follow all safety procedures, job briefings, and emergency protocols. Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and utility representatives. Complete required documentation and daily work reports. Maintain clean and organized work sites. Represent the company professionally when interacting with the public Valid 444B Utility Arborist Certification required. Previous experience in utility vegetation management / line clearance. Strong understanding of electrical hazards and safe work practices. Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (AZ/DZ an asset). Ability to work at heights and in confined or challenging environments.
