This utility team member acts as a jack-of-all-trades, responsible for ensuring the restaurant looks and runs perfectly by performing tasks such as polishing silverware, running food, operating the dish machine, and restocking supplies. Key duties also involve maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and assisting with restroom checks.
