Hourly Range: The hourly rate for this role is $18.92- $ 23.65
Schedule: Candidates must have open availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. As this is a union role, no scheduling restrictions can be accommodated.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role as a bus person
  • Full-service restaurant experience
  • Open availability to work a flexible and varied schedule.
  • Hotel experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
  • Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
  • Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
  • Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
  • Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Running of Food and beverage from the kitchen and or bar to designated areas clearing trash as needed.
  • Filing beverages at tables as neede
