We are currently seeking Full Time Skilled Laborer’s to join our team in Stony Plain, AB. Recon offers directional drilling services in the Edmonton and surrounding area.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 Years of Labor experience
  • Physically fit and can perform labor intensive duties in various weather conditions.
  • valid class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test prior to employment.
  • successfully be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Safety Focused with a team player attitude.
  • Proven ability to hand multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide manual labor and ground support.
  • Responsible to assist in the loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Provide manual labor and ground support for equipment and materials on worksite.
  • Setup of drilling equipment
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksite at all times.
  • perform routine maintenance on all equipment
  • inspect tools for all daily activities
  • use hand tools, small power tools and portable equipment when required.
  • operate crew trucks as required
  • assist in drilling activities, mobilize to various job site locates in Alberta.
  • Use of shovels, rakes, and concrete cutting equipment
  • Participate in joining meetings, completing FLHA’s and hazard identification.
