Description To plan and direct the processing of utility designs, applications, and tracking review results for all construction projects within the organization. The Utility Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and delivery of all utility applications, scheduling utilities, and tracking the progress of installation. The Utility Coordinator shall receive a directive to start the utility process from the LD Project Manager and the Construction Manager. The Utility Coordinator liaises with the Site Development and Construction Department throughout the design and installation process, informing on status, as well as the Accounting Department to request the required fees. Requirements · Must have a valid driver’s license. · Proven experience in an administrative or relevant position.
