Description

Position can be based in NC, GA, SC, TN, FL, or AL. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting sales team in winning & growing share of distributor stock blankets, renewals, and daily RFQ's based upon technical & market knowledge. Provide sales support, data analytics, regional pricing strategy, training and inventory growth initiatives for all regional utility distributors Provide technical assistance & training for distributors on new products, e-commerce, pricing and inventory tools Support the National Utility Channel Director with key initiatives and national channel relationships Coordinate channel strategy, growth initiatives and sales meetings with direct sales team, application engineers and manufacturers representatives Develop distributor strategy with key supported product lines Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum one (1) year of sales, sales support or marketing experience within the electrical industry Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Position Criteria: Ability to learn/teach electronic/computer processes Ability to resolve conflict effectively Ability to establish and build customer relationships within the market area
