Working in a supportive team environment, you’ll complete daily vehicle inspections, communicate maintenance needs, and follow all CDL, DOT, and company safety standards while contributing to a safe and seamless production process that keeps our operations moving Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule * B – Day Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays) ---------------------------------------- What You'll Do * Transporting Product: Safely drive CNG trucks and trailers to various warehouse locations throughout the Ohio Region, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of products. * Local Shuttling: Transport product to and from production warehouses, following designated routes and schedules. * Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of all vehicles and trailers using Geotab to ensure equipment is in proper working condition. * Equipment Maintenance: Communicate any necessary repairs to the Fleet Manager to ensure equipment compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and applicable laws. * Safety Compliance: Adhere to all AIB, BRC Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment. * Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a current knowledge of and comply with CDL, DOT, and all company/plant-specific safety and operational standards. * Training: Complete monthly CNG cornerstone training to stay updated on safety and operational procedures. ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications: * Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds * At least 21 years of age * Current and Valid Class A License & Medical Card * Pass all DOT requirements to drive * Pass CNG road test * Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools * Strong communication skills and positive attitude * Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment * Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications: * Basic computer knowledge and/or data entry skills ---------------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: * Wages ranging from $23.00 per hour. * Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
