SUMMARY

The Utility Engineer Position will be required to perform construction, renovation and maintenance projects. They will also be required for maintenance of furniture, equipment, supplies and tools. In addition, our Facility Utility Engineers will be responsible for preventative maintenance in our guest rooms and public areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Painting and Drywall required.
• Must have electrical and mechanical experience.
• Must have construction and carpentry experience as well as knowledge and skills on tools are required.
• Good customer service and the ability to use hand tools and power tools are required.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Must have open availability, to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work without direct supervision
