Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items which may include kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, minor electrical, plumbing, fabrication, construction, etc. throughout the facility. • Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the property, identifying and resolving problems. • Responds to maintenance requests, in-house calls and facilitates all repairs. • Monitors own work load and advises supervisor of work overload. • Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Facilities shop and assigned areas. • Prepares daily work forms. • Assists other departments when needed • Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations and controls. • Adheres to company, departmental and safety policies and procedures and Cal-OSHA regulations. • Maintains superior communication via email and pass downs to entire department. • Performs all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or GED preferred • Must have at least one year of experience in construction or maintenance. • Must be at least 21 years of age.
