From your PASSION to ours The Maintenance Technician I, II, III, IV - Utilities position will maintain the daily operation of the utilities systems which provide steam (boilers), compressed air, refrigeration (ammonia compressors), and water (well & pressurized system) to the plant. The candidate will also be monitoring and maintaining fire systems and the water treatment plant. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: · Steam system: Operation and maintenance of the deaerator, boilers and plant steam network. · Ammonia Refrigeration: Operation and maintenance of the ammonia refrigeration systems. · Air System: Operation and maintenance of the air compressors and dryers. · Water system: Operation and maintenance of the well & water pressurized pumping system. · Record all assigned tasks and labor hours in CMMS software. · Perform regular rounds of the entire site and roofs to monitor equipment and record data. · Perform daily clean up to follow site GMPs. Requirements From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Education · RETA, or GCAP preferred but not required. · Drivers’ license required. Experience · 2+ years’ related experience in maintenance preferred. Specialized Knowledge · Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions. · Electrical troubleshooting. · Refrigeration Cycle. Skills / Abilities · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Maximo computer software · Ability to work well with others. · Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal. · Self-motivated and ability to learn/work in a fast paced environment. Physical Requirements · Able to be on your feet for a 12 hour shift.
