Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) is inviting applications for the permanent, full-time position of Utility Operator 1 with Road Operations and Construction in Transportation and Public Works, SHOULDERING EAST.

The Utility Operator 1 position encompass a wide variety of general labourer duties in various locations indoors and outdoors in various working conditions. By working safely and cooperatively with others you will contribute to meeting the operational objectives of the business unit and HRM.

WORK STATUS: Permanent, full time
HOURS OF WORK: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm are the regular hours for this position. Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends for Winter Works.
SALARY: $28.48 per hour, as per the CUPE Local 108 Collective Agreement
WORK LOCATION: 11 Turner Drive, Dartmouth NS.
