POSITION SUMMARY The Utility Operator is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production floor by performing various support tasks to assist machine operators and overall manufacturing operations. This role ensures machines are properly maintained with fluids, floors are clean, and materials are managed to keep production running smoothly. Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K Match, PTO, Company Holidays DUTIES 1. Spin chips and properly dispose of metal waste. 2. Operate floor scrubber to maintain cleanliness of production areas. 3. Refill oil, coolant, and lubricant levels in machines as needed. 4. Remove remnants and scrap material from machines and designated areas. 5. Operate Kinefac machines when production support is required or short-staffed. 6. Collect and remove all garbage and waste containers from the shop floor. 7. Replenish rags and cleaning supplies under gauge tables and workstations. 8. Perform additional tasks and general support duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
