Referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement HSA Medical plan option with annual company contribution Perks at Work – discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities What You’ll Do Work with cross functional production teams and provide coverage to various lines or processes Makes proper hook-ups and line set-up activities for starting and operating lines Organizes and executes rework Ensure line communication boards are filled out Trains new team members on-line operation, including equipment and control system operation, documentation and sampling requirements Responsible for troubleshooting and communicating production issues to Supervisor Safely operates a forklift in order to keep assigned work area supplied with necessary production materials Audits line staff’s paperwork to ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and in real time What You’ll Need 3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal industry Previous forklift experience Technical knowledge of aseptic processes, equipment and products High school diploma or equivalent Ability to interpret, communicate and execute plans or instructions in a time sensitive manner with limited direction and resources Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 55 lbs) Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work About Us Gehl Foods is a fast-growing food and beverage manufacturer, known for ready-to-serve products like nacho cheese and protein shakes—no refrigeration needed!
