Description
Position Summary Person in this Secondary Operations position will produce a quality product per print as assigned, with average supervision. Person must rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals with above average degree of independence and initiative to complete job requirements in a timely manner. Principle Responsibilities * Performs assigned jobs in, glass bead, clean/pack, and deflashing, as needed. * Performs in-process quality checks on all work performed. * Adheres to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures and work instructions, company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations. * Documents time entry in the computer and completes shop floor documentation. * Completes assigned jobs according to operation standards within specifications. Qualification Requirements Credentials/Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent. * No experience necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Basic mathematical and measurement skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, understand fractions and decimals). * Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally and constructively with the lead, supervisor and coworkers. * Excellent organizational skills. * Manual dexterity to work with very small parts. * 20/20 vision (corrected) in order to see under Standard Viewing Conditions. * Detail-oriented to correctly complete manufacturing paperwork. * Ability to follow and execute processes/directions and basic blueprint specifications * Ability to read and write English in order to read and interpret manufacturing processes. * Must be able to troubleshoot problems Other Requirements Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
