As a Utility Pole Inspector, Duties will include complete utility pole excavation 18” below ground level and general inspection. Candidates must like to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and be willing to travel throughout the north central United States, including Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. The expected hiring rate for this position is $20 per hour for non-production activities, which shall include travel, administrative tasks, and meetings. For production work, you will be compensated an additional percentage based on the revenue generated for each completed pole inspection, which is $4.85 per pole. Production work includes visual inspections, sound and bore tests, and internal treatments, with an average goal or completion rate of 65 poles per day. Why Mi-Tech, Services Inc.?
