Responsible for delivering friendly, courteous service while maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas. The Casino Utility Porter performs deep cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, and other labor-intensive tasks across the casino floor, including areas above six feet. Duties include trash removal, window cleaning, and operating ladders, lifts, and motorized equipment. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to Service Standards, Safety Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures. Bugsy Siegel’s desert dream, the Flamingo, has anchored the Las Vegas Strip since they started rolling dice in 1946.
