Description
Selling, pricing, product / market industry knowledge & promotion of the Utility product portfolio to ensure KPI's are met and exceeded (KPI's include order, sales & margin) Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events. Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers. Lead contract negotiations, ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives. Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline management using SalesForce. Minimum of 5 years of experience in power engineering sales preferably within a medium or high voltage sales environment. Technical electrical engineering skills are preferred. Experience in dealing with ANZ Energy Utilities is required. Tertiary, or a trade qualification within electrical and/or mechanical engineering is desired. Excellent communications skills with a consultative approach and growth mindset to problem solving.
