Description

The Utility T&D Field Services Team is a quickly growing team of highly skilled technicians who support Protection and Control equipment used to provide protection to substations and other equipment on the transmission and distribution grid. We are a team of 12 technicians today support utility clients in the eastern states, with rapid growth planned nationally into 2026. Assist in scheduling field service labor for customer jobs support for this position. Minimum Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent military experience in lieu of degree Minimum of 5 years' experience with cost accounting/experience managing general business tasks and communication in a corporate function Bachelor's degree; Business, Finance, Accounting, Management or Engineering preferred, but not required Knowledge of power distribution, control products, as well as field service practices and procedures, employee relations and quality programs. Experience working with utilities (electrical or otherwise) and familiarity with their business practices Experience working in Oracle and/or Salesforce Knowledge of power distribution, control products, as well as field service practices and procedures, employee relations, and quality programs
