Utility Team Member – Role Overview The Utility Team Member supports the Utility Department and assists multiple departments as needed in a fast‑paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the entire shift, including: Lifting, pushing, and pulling 50+ lbs continuously Standing, bending, and working on the floor for extended periods Assist multiple departments based on daily priorities (task stacker) Complete up to 3–4 home floors per day Apply basic construction knowledge and precise measurement skills Maintain attention to detail to ensure homes meet quality standards Support internal and external teams as assigned Qualifications Well‑rounded basic construction experience Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to adapt and work across departments Prior construction experience preferred Why Clayton?
