Schedule 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed. You'll perform a variety of hands-on tasks that support production, equipment operators, and site operations. This is a physically active position where reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are valued every day. What You'll Do * Perform site cleanup and general labor duties throughout the facility * Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials * Support Heavy Equipment Operators and Maintenance Technicians * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Follow all company safety policies and procedures * Assist with inspections, housekeeping, and routine operational tasks * Work safely around equipment, vehicles, and industrial machinery * Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the site Why Work at McGill? When you join McGill, you'll work with people who: * Take pride in their work * Support one another * Put safety first * Show up ready to contribute * Believe in doing the job right the first time Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, construction, industrial, or outdoor work preferred * Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift * Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Strong attendance and dependability * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic understanding of workplace safety practices * Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the workday * Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds * Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions * Comfortable working around dust, dirt, mud, odors, noise, and moving equipment * Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, steel-toe footwear, and respiratory protection when required What Makes Someone Successful at McGill?
