Description Position Summary: The Utility Warehouse Technician supports warehouse and facility operations by performing general utility, material handling, inventory support, and basic maintenance tasks. This role ensures the warehouse remains organized, safe, and operational while assisting with equipment upkeep and day-to-day utility needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Perform general warehouse utility functions including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas · Assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs of warehouse equipment, racking, and facility fixtures · Move, stage, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment as needed · Load and unload deliveries using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment · Conduct routine inspections of warehouse areas and report safety or maintenance issues · Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and material tracking · Support maintenance and operations teams during repairs, projects, and shutdowns · Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and equipment operating guidelines · Maintain accurate records related to materials, tools, and equipment usage · Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements · High school diploma or GED required · 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, utility, or maintenance support role preferred · Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling practices · Ability to safely operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification · Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools · Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Certifications (Preferred, Not Required) · Forklift certification · OSHA safety training Physical Requirements · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly · Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods · Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
