Location - 15 Craigside  The following shift is available: Full-Time (40 hours per week) - 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM shift; Must be able to work weekends & holidays with 2 days off during the weekdays Pay Range * $17.00 to $18.59 Hourly Responsibilities  * Cleans, organizes, and sanitizes all food service equipment, work surfaces, utensils, and all work areas including refrigerators, dish machine, floors, mats and drains according to cleaning schedule and infection control policies and procedures * Receives, checks-in, dates and stocks all deliveries * Maintains equipment temperature logs * Assists cooks with preparation of meals as needed * Sets up and breaks down employee meals * Segregates, sorts, removes trash and recyclables and disposes them in designated containers * Maintains inventory on chemicals * Exercises caution and good safety judgment in uncertain conditions or situations, and reports and/or corrects potential/actual hazards * Performs the necessary duties for emergency drills and situations such as fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, and other possible emergencies as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook * Interacts with residents/clients and co-workers with patience, understanding and kindness in accordance with ACS's mission and core values * Other duties as assigned by ACS and its family of companies Qualifications  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities
The Utility Worker maintains kitchen work areas and food service equipment in a clean condition and assists with meal preparation. They also receive and stock deliveries and ensure compliance with cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
