POSITION OVERVIEW

At CUX, we don’t just analyze data - we decode user behavior to help businesses create better digital experiences. As a UX Analyst, you’ll turn numbers and clicks into real, actionable insights that help companies understand their users and make smarter decisions.
Your role? Help our clients see what their users do, why they do it, and how to improve their experience. You’ll dive into behavioral data, spot patterns, and guide teams on what really matters. From analyzing session recordings to leading strategic consultations, you’ll be the go-to person for all things UX.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Analyze user behavior data using CUX’s platform and other your UX experience
  • Generate actionable insights from both quantitative and qualitative user data
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting key user experience findings
  • Collaborate with clients to identify pain points and opportunities in their digital products
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations for UX improvements
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their specific UX challenges and goals
  • Design and deliver training sessions on CUX platform features and UX best practices
  • Create educational materials and documentation to support client onboarding and ongoing success
  • Provide regular check-ins and progress updates to ensure clients are achieving their UX optimization goals
  • Guide clients in interpreting their user behavior data and implementing improvements

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

  • 2-4 years of experience in UX research, analytics, or similar role
  • Background in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Experience in client-facing roles or consulting
  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, accessible terms
  • Proficiency in user behavior analytics tools and heatmap analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1) and Polish
  • Experience with creating and presenting data-driven insights
  • Understanding of user experience principles and best practices

We’ll make sure you have everything you need to feel confident in your role. In your first three months, you will:

  • Get hands-on with our platform and analytical methods through in-depth training,
  • Join customer meetings and work closely with the analyst team,
  • Start developing and presenting your own data insights,
  • Learn how to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations from senior analysts,
  • Support new customers during their onboarding to ensure a smooth start with CUX
