Through our studios spread across the globe, we help our clients imagine, deliver and run the future, through from customer research right through to implementation. And we love doing it.
Our team works side by side with strategists, designers, researchers, engineers, writers, architects and product specialists – using their unique skills and perspective to help drive transformation from operational level to the C-suite, across a complete range of digital channels.
We believe in our people, which means giving them the support they need to get the best balance of work and life. Individuality, flexibility, diversity are things we’re passionate about. We wouldn’t be Deloitte Digital without it.

About the Role
As a UX and Product Design Manager, you will bring demonstrated experience in UX strategy, design and leadership across the end-to-end design lifecycle, from Discovery through to Build and Implementation. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across offerings to solve complex problems through design, and deliver UX and Product outcomes across clients, industries and technologies.
Producing innovative and inspiring client outcomes across the spectrum of UX projects, you must be innovative, quick to adapt, have strong understanding of the end-to-end UX design process, coupled with experience in delivering UX design and eagerness to continually learn new digital technologies. You’ll work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements in the broader context of their digital strategy and advocate for the customer by developing intuitive interactions and easy-to-use interfaces.
As a leader in our practice, you will shape and implement new perspectives, methods and tools that support the successful delivery of UX outcomes for our clients. You will contribute to the development of our people, coaching and mentoring junior designers and providing UX governance, best-practice and subject matter expertise for design challenges.
About You
Taking a user-centric approach, you’ll be responsible for driving Deloitte Digital’s user experience approach on client projects as well as across Deloitte, collaborating with experts across disciplines to innovate and solve some of the most exciting problems for our clients.
YOU WILL:
Lead multidisciplinary teams through the end-to-end UX process, including discovery, design and delivery activities, while providing stewardship towards best-in-class experiences
Manage to the highest design standards, providing clear direction to team members, stakeholders, internal agency partners and outside vendors
Design and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions and shape collaboration cadences for project delivery teams based on best-practice design sprint frameworks
Lead the development of key design artefacts including but not limited to insights and outcomes reports, design playback and showcase materials, build-ready UX designs, design backlogs and delivery roadmaps
Develop and enhance research methodologies and produce clear, actionable insights to enable design decisions and prioritisation activities
Track progress of UX and product design activities, provide regular status updates to Deloitte and client leadership and measure UX outcomes
Review existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX enhancement recommendations
Scope and plan the design approach for a range of client projects, including selection of the most appropriate and up-to-date tools and techniques
Coach and mentor junior team members on client projects, practice development initiatives and sales activities
Support the Deloitte Digital team’s capability building, including people, skills, processes, tools and business development.
