Summary:
The UX Architect will lead the design and development of digital health solutions that improve the patient and provider experience within the RUSH digital health portfolio. The UX Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user-centered design principles are embedded throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. The role requires a deep understanding of user research methodologies, human-centered design principles, the ability to analyze and interpret consumer behavior related to an interactive digital experience, and a passion for improving the healthcare experience through digital innovation.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Lead the design of user-centered digital health experiences that meet the needs of patients and providers within the RUSH digital health portfolio.
2.Conduct user research and gather user feedback to identify pain points, user needs, and opportunities for improvement in the digital health portfolio.
3.Translate requirements into concepts, creating user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to illustrate user needs and design concepts for new digital health solutions, leading to a meaningful user experience.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure that user needs are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
5.Work with product and project management, operational, clinical and technical teams to ensure user experience requirements are well understood, prioritized, and translated into executable design plans.
6.Develop and maintain design guidelines, design patterns, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability of digital health solutions.
7.Plan and facilitate usability testing and user acceptance testing to validate design concepts and ensure that digital health solutions meet user needs.
8.Communicate design concepts and user feedback to stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and leadership, to drive decision-making and prioritize product features.
9.Write clear and informative documentation for the platform and all of its resources.
10.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare and digital health, and apply this knowledge to the development of new digital health solutions.
11.Manage design projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources, to ensure that design deliverables are completed on time and within budget, working closely with digital health portfolio leadership.
