PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The UX & Innovation team is a crucial part of our client’s Global IT organization, tasked with designing user-centric solutions that are relevant, inclusive, and easy to use for our workforce. This ultimately adds value for product owners. Due to high demand exceeding our capacity, we are looking to extend our core team with additional UX team, for which we are looking for Delivery Manager/UX Architect role.
SKILLS
Must have
At least a strong UX expert (3 years of experience minimum)
Ready to initiate UX design activities and push validation and research to the product team when it is needed
Experiences in participative practice: feature prioritization and requirements gathering through workshops
Good time management and estimations skills
Good presentation skills
Experience in user research or user interface design or product strategy / ecosystem design
Takes control of implementation quality through design review
Nice to have
Experience with front-end development or familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of design thinking and agile development methodologies.
A senior role with experience in Interaction design or Service design or Research. As the primary point of contact for our customers, serve as receiver’s advocate by supporting business requirement gathering, facilitating product strategy decision, and integrating human-centric design throughout the E2E product lifecycle.
In the role of UX Delivery Manager/Architect you will be responsible for:
1) UX design strategy discussion
2) design execution supervision
3) communication with the business stakeholders worldwide on the UX design requests
4) estimation of UX efforts needed
5) establishing the processes within the UX team
6) selecting and onboarding of the new team members
7) team capacity management and tasks distribution, review the results, reporting to the DXC and client’s management
