UX Designer III – Senior-Level Role Summary: UX Designer III leads large-scale design initiatives and mentors junior designers. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end design for complex, multi-tiered platforms. Conduct advanced user research and data analysis. Present design solutions to stakeholders and leadership. Maintain and evolve design guidelines and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and user goals. Skills Required: 7+ years of experience or equivalent advanced degree. Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Axure, Photoshop, HTML/CSS). Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in scalable UI design and enterprise-level products
