Anaplan is looking for a UX Design Manager to join our growing global User Experience team.
You’ll be based in our York office or working remotely in the UK, leading a team of designers within our product organization. With offices in San Francisco, London, and across the globe, you’ll be part of a collaborative, diverse, and forward-thinking environment.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the experience of a world-class enterprise planning platform. You’ll lead a team focused on delivering intuitive, data-rich, and scalable experiences that support business users across finance, operations, and planning.
Reporting to the Head of UX, you’ll play a key role in developing team culture, supporting designer growth, and aligning design priorities with product strategy. While people management is central to your role, you’ll also stay hands-on—contributing to project work, guiding design decisions, and leading by example.

  • Hands-on design experience with Figma, design systems, and accessibility standards.

  • Familiarity with modeling tools such as Anaplan, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.

  • Strong interest in developing UX strategy, process, or design operations.
