That’s the power of plus. Job Description As a UX Ops specialist, you will support the Design Ops Leader in fostering a collaborative, user/human-centered culture within zooplus. You will help the experience design team to define standard practices, processes and ways of working to help grow the maturity in zooplus and foster collaboration across the organization. You will support the process around our Design System, research and writing operations and help the team to build the necessary foundations to deliver a standardized, personalized, and engaging experience across our omni-channel touchpoints. You will work closely with the design team, product, data, engineering, business, and our agile transformation organization to align and optimize our ways of working. We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, who has an adaptive mindset, and a sense for navigating complexity in a fast-changing environment. Your work will help to make zooplus become a customer centric company. Key Responsibilities: Build Bridges Across Teams Act as a connector between Product, Design, Engineering and other stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, etc. helping to position UX as a key player in planning, road mapping, and setting OKRs. Resource management Help empower teams to manage their backlogs and ongoing projects by defining processes and regular rituals. Optimize Processes and Frameworks Support, refine, and implement tools, guidelines, and workflows that make collaboration easier and help the team share knowledge. Support the design leader with the adoption and alignment of operational tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Figma) to improve productivity and coordination. Help establish design ops practices, such as streamlined workflows, standardized tools, and resource allocation, to balance skills and workload while helping the team operate efficiently and at scale. Drive Transparency and Continuous Learning Champion transparency by sharing updates on design initiatives and making goals and progress accessible to everyone. Support the Ops leaders in organizing and managing rituals and meetings that build a culture of knowledge-sharing and foster cross-functional learning, keeping the team agile and adaptable. Qualifications Required Skills: 3+ years in UX operations, or a similar role in product, design or technology. Strong foundation in organizing and initiating product discovery, human-centered design, and designops, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration and improving operational efficiency. Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Mural, Jira, Figma) and a strong grasp of design processes and workflows. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills: Structured thinking and an organized approach. An eye for opportunities and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail. Comfortable with adapting quickly and responding to shifting priorities and environments. Skilled at embedding user-centered practices within agile or lean development teams.
