Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a UX Designer

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a minimum of 5-7 years experience as a UI UX designer, where you’ve been a key contributor to the success of the products that have been launched.
  • You have experience in building digital products with end-to-end delivery involvement including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning flows, and delivering hi-fidelity screens
  • You have good communication skills to justify design rationale to stakeholders
  • You have the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, business analysts and product owner to deliver and evolve features
  • You have good problem-solving skills, are meticulous and detail-oriented
  • You have strong design skills and proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail and other design tools
  • You have experience in using design systems to ensure scalability, efficiency and consistency
  • You have a strong design portfolio that demonstrates your experience
  • You believe in using technology for public good
  • Preferably worked in the government or education sector
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work on multiple products in cross-functional teams with designers, developers and product managers
  • Define user flows in the form of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for ESTL products
  • Conduct user research to understand the needs and challenges to make informed design decisions
  • Organise user testing sessions to validate designs and gather valuable insights
  • Contribute to and make use of our evolving design system to ensure consistency and scalability across ESTL products
  • Manage stakeholder requirements and incorporate them into the product design
  • Create and provide design specifications and assets to ensure accurate implementation of designs by development teams
  • Facilitate kick-off workshops to define objectives, gather requirements, and align on business perspectives.
