Your Responsibilities Apply research methodologies and conducting UX research in a fit for purpose way to understand insights to inform design Pragmatism to carry a product through the entire double diamonds of design thinking to produce viable deliverables Apply techniques to conduct and synthesize research using various tools and techniques Collaborate with multiple engineering teams and help identify opportunities and solutions for delivery Create prototypes at various fidelity using tools like Figma, HTML/CSS/JS, etc. Strong UI design skills to help building and maintaining ASX’s digital design system Demonstrated experience in: Scoping and planning design projects Usability testing Conducting ideation for co design (generate, select & implement) Assessing feasibility, desirability and viability of ideas Iterative design and sprint planning Proficiency using various industry-standard tools (eg Figma, Miro, storybook) Solid knowledge of designing experiences for web apps, desktop and digital platforms Help inform and contribute to design workflows and process enhancements to ensure high quality deliverables and documentation Proven experience in successfully managing projects and multiple stakeholder groups that can be contributed to your strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate well and effectively with a diverse audience Must have 5+ years experience Experience in developing B2B products, SaaS and marketing websites Experience with Design systems, working with other designers and engineers Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams Exposure to different ways of working Nice to have Experience designing for complex platforms, marketplaces, or multi-sided products Familiarity with designing within enterprise ecosystems (identity, APIs, service architecture) Experience using AI-assisted design tools or designing AI-enabled experiences Exposure to service design methods such as journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, and blueprinting We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you’ll help us to live our values. Responsibilities
The UX Designer will conduct research and apply design thinking methodologies to create viable digital deliverables. They will collaborate with engineering teams to build and maintain the company's digital design system while managing multiple stakeholder groups.
