THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate and innovative UX Designer to join our dynamic Product team, bringing a user-centric approach, coupled with technical expertise in a BTP UI5/Fiori environment.
Reporting directly into our Chief Product Officer, this role requires a creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, who thrives in a collaborative setting to create products that provide impactful experiences.
Working closely with our internal Developers, you will work directly across our products and craft interfaces that are easy to navigate, visually appealing, and functional for our Enterprise clients.

If you were to join Basis Technologies in our UX Designer position, you can expect to:

• Design: Create intuitive, functional, and visually appealing UI designs, based on SAP BTP UI5/Fiori technologies.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs to meet user needs and business goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Managers, and Stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Prototype Creation: Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from users and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Identify design challenges and propose effective solutions that enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Design Documentation: Maintain detailed design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and design process.
• Experience working in a BTP UI5/Fiori environment.
• Business level written and spoken English and Hungarian.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and strategically.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
