JOB DESCRIPTION

  • We are seeking a talented UX Designer with experience in Benefits Administration (Ben Admin) to design and enhance user-friendly, intuitive interfaces for our HR and employee benefits platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human-centered design and hands-on experience with HRIS / Ben Admin systems such as Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, bswift, or PlanSource.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create seamless user experiences for benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to improve system efficiency.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and align with corporate branding.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in the HR technology or Ben Admin domain.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration workflows and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $87,373.13 per hour
