Must haves:

• 3+ years of relevant UX Design experience working on complex digital products/projects.
• Strong experience with Figma.
• Extensive knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with UX/design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin, or JustInMind.
• Experience with Service Design frameworks and design systems is highly valued.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live (DABL) delivery methodology.
• Accessibility/AODA experience.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, NodeJS, or Azure DevOps.
• Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UX, HCI, Usability, or a related field.
