Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a UX Designer at CTI, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering user experiences that truly make an impact. You’ll support the implementation of UX strategies that align with both client goals and user needs, working across multiple sectors including finance, education, and non-profit. You’ll be a hands-on practitioner, contributing to project work and helping to embed user-centred thinking into everything we do.

As a CTI UX Designer, you will:

  • Support UX discovery activities, including research, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, designers, and analysts to align UX work with delivery goals.
  • Translate complex user needs into clear, actionable design outputs, including wireframes, IA, and interactive prototypes.
  • Help ensure all outputs meet required accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Work to build strong client relationships and influence key product decisions.
  • Contribute to business development by supporting pitches, proposals, and presenting the value of UX to potential clients.
  • Contribute to the refinement and improvement of internal UX processes, tools, and frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative thinking into our design work.
